After over 35 years as part of a strong partnership at Graham and Co. in Mount Eden, Andrew Walter has formed Walden Legal and been joined by his daughter, Libby Sinden.
Andrew works out of the Walden Legal offices in St Heliers, Auckland. Libby is based in Warkworth and can meet with Auckland-based clients over Zoom or in-person where possible.

Andrew Walter
A long-term member of Auckland’s legal community, Andrew began his career in court work of all types. But it was Andrew’s work as a lawyer in smaller general legal practices that enabled him to learn and gain experience in all areas of practice.
Since leaving Graham and Co., Andrew is enjoying working closer to home alongside his daughter, Libby.
Andrew’s loyal client base value him for his empathy, his quick response times, his ability to be compassionate while offering objective advice, and his straight-shooting response to resolving legal matters.
Andrew is committed to continuing his focus on maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent legal advice, and helping to solve problems.

Libby Sinden
With over 15 years’ experience across the legal spectrum, Libby Sinden offers big corporate law firm experience at a private level.
After graduating from Canterbury University, Libby worked at Bell Gully in Auckland before moving to Herbert Smith in London then Meredith Connell in Auckland. Most recently Libby worked alongside her dad, Andrew, at Graham and Co.
Like Andrew, Libby is known for her empathy and her ability to develop strong relationships with clients. She is discrete and professional with an excellent sense of humour.
Libby has experience in all areas of commerce, and is now focused on providing legal advice for businesses and individuals alongside Andrew. Libby is based in Warkworth and is able to meet with Auckland-based clients over Zoom or in person where possible.
