At Walden Legal, we can draft any number of commercial contracts and terms of trade - or we can simply review or refresh your existing contracts and terms.  

Business owners can be put off using a lawyer to review a contract or to assist with a legal matter because they think the lawyer will try to 'reinvent the wheel' unnecessarily.  We understand the need to provide simple, pragmatic and practical legal advice - without reinventing the wheel. 

We’ll meet with you to find out what you’re trying to achieve in terms of your business arrangements and strategic goals. We’ll discuss whether a shareholders agreement is necessary and what, if any, other documents or arrangements might be required. 

We’ll ensure your shareholders agreement, where needed, isn't simply a form filling exercise – instead we’ll highlight the underlying purposes and intention of such agreements and ensure your agreement is fit for purpose.

If you need to refinance your business debt or personal debt, we’ll work with you to find a solution that best suits you and your business. We will meet with you to discuss your situation – this will help us ensure we can provide you with the best legal advice possible.
